Iain Sim, Coast & Country chief executive, said: “Everyone that has taken part has shown a true spirit and willingness to leave their desks to get out into the fresh air and enjoyed becoming green-fingered to create a spectacle of colour to our estates for residents to enjoy all year round..
“We have received welcoming feedback from our residents and local people who are delighted to see a bright and colourful array of plants, improving the look of many areas across the Borough.”
Plans are well underway for next year’s planting schemes with the promise of exciting floral designs, an increased variety of flowers and vibrant colours.
